They're out there...great big gobs of plastic bobbing on the horizon. Once countless chunks of post consumer junk finally wash up on the California shore, a husband-wife art team get busy assembling them into aesthetically pleasing arrangements -- which is kind of insane because we're talking about our dirty laundry, aren't we? How can that ever be pretty?!?!
