    • Massachusetts passed that law a few years ago, decriminalizing possession of up to 1 oz.--no crime, not arrestable, no record, no court, etc. just a 'civil offense'
      with a maximum of 100.oo fine as a civil offense, i.e. 'a parking ticket'. and, the
      sky has not fallen!

    • shit i wish thats all that you got for possession. in most places you get mandatory 6 months at the least plus a fine.

      but im all for legalization of cannabis and drug policy reform.
