The Forgetting Sarah Marshall star travelled to Kenya's capital Nairobi on behalf of Britain's Sport Relief charity to raise awareness of poverty in the region.

He witnessed dreadful living conditions, bonded with HIV-positive children, and met orphans who have suffered sexual abuse - and he was shocked by the experience.

    • I'm sure he met some really sound folk out there too - so if its shock you're after- lets think about ongoing trafficking of children from all over the world into Brand's home town London for sexual abuse rackets.
      Unfortunately, heartbreakingly this continues even while we shine our heroic & righteous lights onto the '3rd World'
