Where is the proof behind this outrageous claim? There are cameras everywhere. f someone is SCREAMING as this story charges, obviously there would be proof. This story is a lie and, of course, the democrat politicians who made this false claime are just are your typical phony lying democrat politicians.

very true man. it seems silly, but as a person from the south, I cringed quite a few times reading the comments. my great great grandmother 'worked' for free because she was that word, my grandmother was made to watch someone lynched in Georgia because she was that word. My aunt desegregated her school and had to wash that word off her desk every week. Luckily, I had the opportunity to laugh when called that word playing soccer growing up, because we're no longer "oppressed", but if I was somewhere with an angry mob and even a few "individuals" yelled it, damned if I wouldn't be angry, saddened, and extremely scared because "Nigg*r", though just a word, was/is used to dehumanize, marginalize, and instill fear. I'm not trying to excuse black people that have adopted and adapted the word (taking of that infamous "er"), but the context, meaning, intentions, and effect are totally different...so just don't fucking write or say it..it's easy.

clearly this isn't a situation of "when all else fails" since Dems have the votes they need on this. Similarly, Rep. Lewis of Georgia shook off his disappointment and felt energized by the vitriol; said it reminded him of when he marched in the 60's.
