What Shaefer is talking about in this interview is truly only the tip of the iceberg. The U.S. government is underwriting the gestapo they refer to, and billions of dollars in contracts have been awarded to Lockheed Martin to manage things like supervised visitation. Below is an excerpt from an expired call for proposals issued by the U.S. Department of Justice, but interestingly, the infrastructure of Lockheed Martin will be used to manage much of the process...yes, this is the same Lockheed Martin building weapons of warfare. Apparently there is something in their arsenal of expertise that qualifies them to manage supervised visitation for parents too....as always, follow the money, but you might not like what you find at the end of the money trail.
