Lap-dancing club rules change comes into force

The new licence laws are now in place, changing lap-dancing clubs licences from pubs/cafe to a new sex establishment group. The article states councils cannot reject applications for moral reasons but can on "grounds of crime, nuisance or public safety".

"Mr Knight said: "The licences range in cost from £4,000 to £30,000 depending on the council."-BBC

The article also states that the new rules will be placed in Wales and Northern Ireland at a later date, making me wonder if these areas will get a number of new lap dancing clubs before the licences are introduced.
