Obama and Medvedev Nuke Treaty: Raw Video

The United States and Russia signed a landmark nuclear treaty on Thursday in Prague. The treaty will cut strategic nuclear arsenals by 30 percent within seven years, but will still leave each with enough to destroy the other.

    • We were once against the Russians in the the Cold War long ago. Both the U.S and the U.S.S.R, now Russia, were on the brink of destruction with these weapons. They are now no longer used against each other but are still producing them. On the other hand other countries began producing nuclear weapons and had nuclear programs as well. This isn't the only time treaties had to passed between U.S and Russia.
