    • sadam hussein? that was the leader of a country that did absolutely nothing to the U.S., while bush leveled his country, killed unknown #s of iraqis, spent over $400 billion dollars, 4000 U.S. military, and then he had a 'fair trial', and was hung. yeah, right. what about warcrimes, invading a soverign country, etc., and we are still there. Bush/Cheney should have been indicted, but got a free pass.
      we are still there since as colin powell told bush before his illegal war, as is on record, "Mr. President, this is the 'pottery rule'--if you break it, we own it".

      I agree Bush and Cheney should be tried for war crimes! The court system may be backed up or overloaded. They were too busy trying Tommy Chong for selling Bongs across state lines....

    • the more our government skits the natural legal practice for prosecutions, the less trust citizens have of that government. Denying any citizen their natural and legal right means it can happen to anyone at anytime, and our rights our meaningless.
