WikiLeaks has apparently released a classified U.S. military video showing the U.S. firing upon reporters from a helicopter in a suburb of Baghdad. The military had thought the group was hostile, thinking the cameras strapped to their shoulders were weapons, and began firing into the crowd.
Reuters had been trying to get the video declassified since the incident happened on July 12, 2007.
The video comes in two versions. The full 38-minute video and a shorter version.
