The sign on the barn reads "Swine country." Just a little self-deprecating humour for an industry that lacks much -- actually all -- of the glamour of Langley's wine country just up the highway. Inside Jack DeWit's two Fort Langley finishing barns are nearly 2,000 hogs. No oak casks full of pinot noir, not even a lowly merlot.
