10 Fast Food Items Worse Than The KFC Double Down

So after a little digging I found an article that actually had a list of 10 items worse than the Double-Down (from BK, McDonald's and Wendy's) and three of them were salads!!

The Double-Down (not grilled) has 540 calories, 32g of fat and 1380mg of sodium.
