Who had the best pandemonium in their Parliament?

This week we've seen two country's Parliaments break into chaos.

But who had the best pandemonium?

Was it India?

Or the Ukraine.

India's tumult had to do with in-fighting between the ruling party, and its Opposition. The main Opostion Bharatiya Janata Party,  protested Prime Minister Manmohan Singh's absence from Parliament.

The Prime Minister rejected the Opposition's demand for a probe into the issues claiming that this is not a fit case for JPC.

This uproar caused The Speaker to adjourn the house. Opposition is expected introduce a motion that could make the government resign.

Ukraine's melee had to do with the government's decision to allow the Russians to remain in a Ukranian port until 2042.

The Opposition threw eggs and smoke bombs as the country's leaders signed the bill, that many think undermines Ukraine's sovereignty.

The goverment maintains they are allowing the Russians to stay, because they'll get a 30% cut price in Russian gas, which will help to improve the struggling economy.

---

I'm going to say, based on claims of National sovereignty and the use of smoke bombs, the Ukraine had better parliamentary pandemonium than India.

Better luck next week.
