Neanderthals mated with some modern humans after all and left their imprint in the human genome, a team of biologists has reported in the first detailed analysis of the Neanderthal genetic sequence.

    • Am I the only person to realize that if only 1 to 4% of a population has genetic traces of 'caveman' DNA ; that it is fairly safe to say that , that population has had very little interaction with ancient 'man' and to infer that ' all of humanity evolved from ancient caveman', is a LIE
