Learning a Foreign Language holds Tuition...While ESL is offered Free?
Why am I unemployed & QUALIFIED?
Being directed by someone less qualified & EMPLOYED!
I’m qualified…fulfill all requirements…& still it’s not enough, I have years of experience & EDUCATION who’d think I’d be unemployed 3 years after Graduation…
Giving back to my Country…..
What has my Country done for me?
I AM AN AMERICAN….Can’t you see?
I make Windmills, own a Small business, or even have a Farm…”Just live and Let Live” is no longer an option.
What happens to me? US? The ones who see the change and feel the pinch?

What’s gonna happen to my business? I can’t go out without a fight

Surrounded by This One & That One..Everywhere you turn
This Country..This City was built by Foreign, Cultured Hands, No PROBLEM..My FRIEND but,
I AM AN AMERICAN, Where do I FIT IN?

My Child is dealing with Obesity Issues, Violent Video Games…growing up too fast; at NINE years old, her cell phone minutes don’t last
My teenager is coping with cyber bullying, drugs, and responsibilities of SEX
My eldest child can’t afford to go to school and still hasn’t learned how to invest
I AM AN AMERICAN
I don’t speak Spanish, French, or Mandarin
It doesn’t matter whether I am BLACK or WHITE, I’m feeling left out of my countries NEW FLIGHT.
Times are tough…Dealing with Personal Stuff:
-Not Married…Is it too Late for me?,. even dating is a JOB…don’t you agree?
-I want kids…can’t have any of my own, want to adopt, but can’t afford to bring one home
-My marriage is declining
-My children can’t stop whining
-Racking up in DEBT
-Can’t afford to feed my pet
-Pay my bills, or save my home
-My parents are in their Golden Years, have to go back to work, NO Pension, NO Security…Where do they go?
They are AMERI CANS; they don’t speak Spanish, French, or Mandarin
Where do they Fit In?
This is the Computer AGE, but what happened to the 1st Stage?
If something happens to computers, we’ll all become imbeciles
If you REALLY want to get your DEGREE, take it from me, College isn’t the place to be
The TRADE you LEARN is how you EARN; who you KNOW is how you GROW

I lost EVERYTHING I have due to Fire, Flood, or Tornado…you see?
I have to start over…my life, my family
PAIN is PAIN...no matter what the degree
Things may be o.k. for you, but they’re horrible for me

When I pick up the phone to take care of business
I’m pressing a thousand buttons or speaking to someone who doesn’t speak English
I’m looking older & older, Day by Day, not because I’m old, because I can’t PLAY.
America is the land of the Bold, Beautiful, & Free, so why does it feel like everyone else is “playing” without me?
I am a Teacher, Parent, Leader, and give back to my Country- I’m not wealthy or Famous, but I SHOULD BE…
My beautiful country thrives on Gossip, Sports, Movies, & The great Debate
Some of the things I truly hate:
Everything is Everything, And Everything is O.K.
-Jessica Simpson doesn’t brush her teeth?
-Tiger Woods….a playa?
-Uncensored cursing/sex on primetime television
-Cartoons are even teaching our kids how to curse
-Reality shows are as real as the growing dollar bill
-Same Actors over & over again….GIVE a starving actor a chance
-When you’re bad, you’re good and when you’re good, you’re Invisible
-If you write a thousand letters for help, you never get a response, but if you’re dying of a non reversible illness, you write 1 letter and get ALL your prayers answered
-OPRAH is leaving ABC, what are we going to do? 4pm channel 7 is nothing without her. “O” we love you
-Wild Deers, Bears, (Ra)Coons, & Possums are my neighborhoods new stray pets, we’ve invaded their habitats, & what about free healthcare and support for OUR Citizens & VETS?
I wish I could erase the bad memories of the past…”it could only make you stronger”….but the encouragement doesn’t last
I need something BIGGER…. Something….BETTER
I need food for my soul…nothing dry…something wetter
As a WOMAN, I rarely take time out for me
As a MAN, I’m trying hard to provide for my family
I’m not angry, mean, or bitter...You see, I’m TIRED,
Tired of the way things are around me…
I AM AN AMERICAN, but WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
AM I not entitled to live MY AMERICAN DREAM?

Both parents don’t have it any easier, but imagine ONLY 1 paving the way...
Whether my child is single or my children are many
Life is LIFE and these are the cards dealt to me
