Boost Voter Turnout... with Beer?

The Czech Republic is a country of 10.5 million people with the largest beer consumption per capita in the world. High school students reguarly visit bars and there is nothing abnormal about teenage drinking; this new effort to encourage young voters, however, is a bit questionable even to the Czechs.

Brewer Stanislav Bernard, a right-leaning former candidate for the Czech Senate, has come up with his own campaign. He is offering beer to young Czechs in order to encourage them to vote.

**What do you think about this? What do you think the reaction would be in the US, UK, or elsewhere? What would people say in your country?**
