    • Maybe after a mandatory Hurricane Evacuation they will bar residents from re-entering. I live on an island south of Cape Canaveral FL, we have been refused re-entry before after hurricanes because of debri. Oil Covered Debri washed in 1/2 mile inland will certainly allow for this sort of scenario. After 12 years here, we are choosing to evacuate before the roads are clogged and gas prices are unaffordable. Maybe we should file suit against BP for the cost of relocation just to never have the case tried because it is nearly impossible to find an upper level judge who does not own stock in British Petroleum.
