This is a buzz about a guy named Jeffery J. Marksmeier who was severely burned, when he apparently leaned over a little too close to the pile of leaves he was burning and his T-shirt caught fire. He filed a law suit against McGregor and a company called Delta Apparel, Inc. but sadly lost over what the courts call a “statute of repose”. Read on to learn why.
