The High Court of Justice took over a year to hear a case of Kidnapping under Hague Proceedings.
Now,

From March 2, 2010 to October 2010 there is no Judge available to hear the case of Kidnapped Sebastian http://kidnapped.tv/ and the father is not even allow to know the child whereabouts, not even his medical condition, not even to see him by video; when the court of England knows and has received the evidence of the abductor criminal acts see http://www.penal.tv
But the High Court of Justice of England (By Justice Hedley) did have time to grant a trip to the abductor and continue to leave in Danger the Baby and violate his rights and the father rights on a daily basis.
When the High Court of Justice of England rewards criminal acts, promotes child abuse and kidnapping, rewards such acts that harm the child on a daily basis; then one thing is certain:
The HIgh Court of Justice of England has lost the meaning and purpose of its name.
