    • I was shocked by the 80+% margin for prop 13, which was essentially voting to KEEP a property tax loophole. I was also very disappointed that 15 got shot down, what the fuck is it with people and not supporting public funding of elections?

      At least 16 went down, albeit not by much. Who in the fuck would think it would be a GOOD idea to have a 2/3's voting requirement to allow public utilities to enter the market?

      And Meg Whitman and the HP CEO winning the primaries was a scary manifestation of how the new supreme court ruling has fucked everything up. Supposedly Whitman alone spent 87 million dollars of her OWN money to flood the market with her propaganda.

    • Yeah. The propositioned I wanted to pass and fail didn't save for one. Oh well, i didn't even try to mobilize people. I feel like the failure is partly mine. My sister didn't even vote because she's not "into" politics, but she swoons over that damn Venus Project. Just an excuse to not be involved I think.
