This is typical 550 gallon container used for chemical storage, diesel, or waste oil from egine oil changes. They are required to be marked to identify contents as well as have a MSDS attached in a plastic envelope. I suspect the green square at the corner of the tank to identify the contents. However, every hurricane season, many such containers are lost overboard and wash ashore.

I'm just about out of intelligent arguments. I can barely talk about this mess without swearing every other word. I'm exhausted from feeling helpless. I suppose if they actually start taking in volunteers, I could have my most depressing vacation ever.
