BP's Hayward accused by committee co-chair Waxman of "stonewalling"!

In the face of tough questions about why his managers made the decisions they did leading up to the explosion that ripped apart the Deepwater Horizon oil rig on April 20th, BP CEO Tony Hayward was evasive and non-responsive, much to the exasperation of the committee's co-chair who accused him of "kicking the can down the road" and acting like "he had nothing to do with" BP or the oil spill.
