It's obvious what the motives are here. Lock Mr.Fine up & throw away the key!
WHY?
Mr. Fine is locked up because; what Mr. Fine is saying is bad for their business! It exposes the money they are all making from this ongoing corrupt for-profit scheme.
Martin Luther King Jr. wrote from within the Birmingham City Jail. That,"Justice denied for one... is Justice denied for all.”
As I sit and write this... without any doubt, clearly, we have the best government and US Judicial System that money can buy. What Mr Fine is showing all of us, is an Illegal and corrupt judicial system receiving payments for returned favoritism. Mr Fine has exposed a corrupt system that has been going on for years ~ under the radar.
As we all look closer...
We can see a pattern... in this pdf link a from a major developer... http://www.fppc.ca.gov/Agendas/11-06/06-615exh.pdf > and a trail of money showing a system of political contributions on both sides: A developer who has clearly put-out big money... who clearly has a huge financial interest in covering all his political and government bases with one objective.... To get what he wants..."Favoritism".
$PECIAL JUDGES FOR $PECIAL CLIENTS:
As we just observed with BP's CEO Tony Hayward, who requested a "special Judge" by name, to decide the law suits mounting up against the British Petroleum giant, BP. That request was nothing more than a arrogant and bold request by BP to get $pecial VIP treatment from a sitting Judge. A special request to get= favoritism on BP's on going mis-doings in the Gulf Oil Disaster.
What we see before us clearly nothing new... ON-GOING hidden corrupt business dealings like this have been going on in back rooms for years! This is how Big Business gets things done! (with a wink and a nod!)
Mr. Fine has exposed to all of us this huge ongoing"corruption for profit scheme at great personal expense... Mr Fine exposed that money was even paid from county tax payer dollars, to the direct benefit and personal profit of "State Paid Judges for $45,000.00 each. Mr. Fine has also shown us the mechanics of this trickle-down scheme as the results bear fruit to developers and other entities who also make huge profits when the counties and developers get judgments ruled in their favor... Mr. Fine exposed a corrupt system where every one of the participants make money and profits...
Richard I. Fine's self-less and valiant actions taking on this Corrupt Judicial System on his own... has suffered direct and personal retaliation for his nobel action.
By doing this... Richard I. Fine has shown us the first step we must all take on the road to Judicial Reform... WE ALL NEED... to take bold actions to take back our Judicial System from the truly guilty ones that corrupted it for their own personal profit.~ Our Right To Justice ~
Justice is a right of every citizen... it is not an option. A Judge is an
employee like any other employee of the county or of the state and is
given paid a wage to provide a service for which he is entrusted to
provide. A Judge is neither a God nor a King. He has a prime
responsibility to see that all citizens are administered a fair and equal
Justice under the law; as written in our constitution. His schedule,
the courts schedule, personal ego and granted power of discretionary
judgment are all secondary to the supreme act of overseeing that
every citizen receive their constitutional rights and equal justice under
the law.

The Sheriff had denied FDN an on-camera interview for the entire year Mr. Fine has been incarcerated. Did the fact that FDN filed a lawsuit against the Sheriff have anything to do with the sudden access? Watch the video and decide for yourself!
