Amy Locane, the former “Melrose Place” actress who was charged with second-degree vehicular homicide in an alleged drunk driving crash Sunday night, has been living quietly in Hopewell, N.J., west of Princeton with her husband, Mark Bovenizer, a wine educator, and their two young daughters and acting in community theater.
