Annie Brolly Hi there. So nice to meet you. Norman forwarded your message. That's a great idea to make a youtube video. I will try to figure out how to do that. Maybe there's someone out there who always wanted to donate a kidney. They found a tumor on my adrenal glands which excluded me, the most likely donor.
A donor does have to ...be type O blood, under 50 years old, be compatible histologically & by antibody profile, & be in good health, which is checked thoroughly by the center for the protection of the donor. Several skydiver friends have been checked, but they were all excluded for one reason or another. Baby is on the deceased donor list, but prospects look kind of slim. Lots of people watch arbitrary youtube videos . Perhaps we will find our savior there.
Annie Brolly Thank you so very much for caring. It means the World to me! I am a
single parent in poor health, but I am doing all I can to keep baby
alive & thriving despite her not having a renal system. She is
actually doing quite well, & despite being small &
developmentally delayed & unable to crawl or walk 'cause of
...malformed hips, she is just like any other toddler. She is into
absolutely everything! She's a very happy baby in general. These days I
call her a Holy Terror, so full of energy, curiosity, & tons of
spunk!!!
Love to you & yours
Annie

I want to say to Current and the good people who vote on stories and comment on them. That I am not in a relationship with Annie but I heard about her and her daughter through a friend of mine named Mike who went through a bad cycle of his mental illness that I also share. Now Mike is a good man and Annie is brave enough to not only give him moral support but to be a support for her sky driving team and based on her Facebook profile has more skills than the average Navy Seal. The more emails and private messages I have with her the more I learn what a good person she is and that as a fellow human being I should help her even if I got my own sick father and other relatives and friends who need me. That there are many women like Annie who get overlooked and not covered because WIC was not adjusted for inflation and her daughter needs a kidney and that this is a real story no politics here, no religion, just a fellow human being, a woman who is a single mother and needs as much help as we other humans can give her.
Let me say again this is not for me, this is for Annie. If you do put this on TV do not pay me, give the money to Annie. I am doing this pro-bono and hope to find more single mothers and single fathers with babies and children who are sick and need donations and help that are just like her in almost the same situation. Pro-bono is Latin for free, and I hope one day to pass law school and become a lawyer to help people out.
You Current members claim to be modern liberals who want to reform health care and help people like Annie. This is your chance to prove it. If you vote up this story or donate to Annie's quest to save her baby daughter or donate a kidney, you are a good person. I am poor and only donated $5. If you ignore this story, you prove that while you claim to care for people like Annie and want to reform health care, your promises are empty and you break them more than the neocon Republicans do. I myself am a libertarian and a classic liberal, if Annie's daughter survives we show as a nation (heck as a planet if non-USA people donate as well) that we care about our fellow human beings even so much as if one of them slips through our system of socialist programs and help for women and children that we learn how to fill the gaps to help because we the people care about our other inhabitants of the nation or planet and are willing to help them.

Annie's story is not the only one like that. Many mothers are facing the same issues. Health Care Reform while we have no idea what 9000 pages cover or when these changes will take effect. But Annie and her daughter need help ASAP before her daughter dies and cannot wait years to have the red tape removed and get funding to find a donor and have a kidney transplant. Like Annie I too am in poor health and if that was my daughter I'd do the same things for her.
I met Annie by accident via some trolling done to me and her friend Mike Crawford and I found out Annie was helping Crawford and in order for me to help Crawford I had to contact local people to him and he mentioned Annie. Everything Annie writes is interesting, and she is a good woman, and loves and cares about others, and is brave and sky dives and does other stuff. I don't care what any of you call me or accuse me of doing. But I am not the one who needs help here, Annie and her daughter are more important than me or any trolling or any political debates. Annie is a real person and her daughter is real and they face illnesses and slipped between the cracks of the health care and welfare system. How many like them are out there facing the same situation and looking for help? It makes me want to form a non-profit organization to help single parents with sick babies, boys or girls, whatever and need medical funding, organ donation, and food and drinks if WIC refuses to help them. But I am sick and poor and on disability myself. So I lack the funds to start up such an organization, but maybe some of you others can?
I was doing a ten year long study on trolling and ways to prevent it or figure out how to stop trolls and other things for a book I wanted to write, but I give that stuff up now to help out others like Annie and her daughter. Sorry for the alt accounts and everything else, I gave up on it to finally make a difference in life and help someone out. I will try to find more people like that and find out how to help them.
