What would you be charged with after peeing on police equipment? well of course the strange crime of "criminal mischief", I'm assuming criminal rascal or scoundrel is one Dickensian step up.
The man was brought into the station for an outstanding warrant, after the police were out looking for a couple reported of having sex in public. The police report states the man and the women "were not doing anything sexual"-nj but "At the station, Mahon stood up from the chair where he was handcuffed and urinated on the fingerprint machine"-nj.
So if you're arrested in Jersey City and asked to go place your finger on the machine, just hope they've cleaned it first.
