Google Sets Up YouTube Grant Program offering 10-100,000 $ for content creation

Google hopes to goose the quality of independent content on YouTube with a grant program that will award $5 million in grants to participants. The offer also is a bigger carrot for content creators who have only shared revenue from adds but never received funding .
