Women-only frustration venting chamber

According to Boing Boing, if you're a women and you spend over 38 yuan in the Shenyang shopping mall you can gain access to a room designed for smashing. It is reported, the main use for frustration is trouble with job hunting in China, so in the room women are smashing around in a mock living room and a mock bedroom (article points out they're planning to build a kitchen zone too)

"According to Wang, all the facilities in the store are real, such as second-hand mobile phones and second-hand television sets they purchased from 30 yuan to 100 yuan each. In addition, customers can tear paper, throw plates and beat big beanbags in the corners to vent their frustrations."-Boing Boing

I want to think into the meaning why it's 'women only' but I'm too busy wishing for shopping centres here to build this, sigh.
