As reported here and here, Missouri Senate hopeful Hector Maldonado is considering a discrimination lawsuit against Missouri SoS Robin Carnahan for forcing him to prove his citizenship to be on the ballot. But not making Obama prove his citizenship to be on the ballot. It is important to note that SoS/Obama supporter Robin Carnahan is running for the same seat as Hector Maldonado.
