ST. PAUL, Minn. - Opposing sides in the gay marriage debate are holding dueling rallies at the Minnesota Capitol on Wednesday.

The National Organization for Marriage, a group opposing same-sex marriages, brings its national tour to the Capitol steps at noon.

Inside the Capitol, the gay rights group OutFront Minnesota(http://www.outfront.org/calendar) will hold its own rally in support of gay marriage.

The fight over same-sex marriage rights recently shifted to the Minnesota courts when three gay couples sued to overturn the state's ban on gay marriage.
