Saudi Arabia to seek compensation for climate pact oil losses

Saudi Arabia is looking to claim compensation for any loses caused by a climate change deal. "Their argument is that they have only oil and sand as resources and it would be unfair to penalise them."-Guardian

The article says the UN stated the idea behind compensating countries for climate change is to help the poorest nations cope with something "they did not cause". The UN is carrying out climate talks this week in Bonn.
