Is Proposition 8 a thing of past now?

U.S. District Judge in San Francisco has given a ruling on Wednesday about Proposition 8 and called it unconstitutional. However, he has granted a temporary stay which stops the ruling from becoming effective immediately.

    • We shall see. Perhaps those wascally Mormons will find another anti-gay thing to fund and it will start all over again, though one can hope that they won't.
