The 24’ (w) x 12’ (h) billboard was installed sometime Thurs. afternoon, Aug. 5, 2010 on South Higuera, just south of Elks Lane.
The activists who have brought this matter to the people of SLO County who drive by this area realize that the evidence we are attempting to share is difficult to digest. Many simply cannot bear to question 9/11, knowing somewhere deeply in the collective unconscious that the truth may be more than we can stand.
In order to understand the facts regarding the collapse of 3 modern, high rise buildings one has to free ourselves from our preconceived notions.
Of course to investigate 9/11 carries with it the burden of doing something about it. While this is true, no one is asking any one of us to save the world single-handedly. It does not take long to get educated (just go to http://www.ae911truth.org/).
The volumes of evidence presented include a peer reviewed paper published by an international team of scientists that positively found unignited thermite in all 4 samples of World Trade Center dust they tested.
There has been no coverage of this paper in any of the mainstream press, including the so-called “Left media.”
For more details about this highly charged issue, which we need to remember was the “reason” we went to war in the Middle East, please visit:

There are some who believe that the US government did 9/11 itself hiring the terrorists to do the job and that is why OSAMA was not captured even though we had chances more then once to get him because he knows too much, the second one I've heard is that OSAMA was killed so he wouldn't talk! When I asked the folks who think this is a possibility why,the reply I got was not so BUSH could inact laws to repress the people so a dictatorship could become a reality but he and Cheney chickened out at the last minute! I have to say that it's far fetched in my view! these folks behind this billboard think that the collaspe of the buildings on 9/11 could not have happened by the planes hitting the buildings, but rather by lots of explosives expertly planted to bring the buildings down! I'm no engineer so have no idea if that position has any validity either, but that is why there is a call for a full investigation. 60 minutes even did a story on this, and interviewed a couple of engineers a while back! Thought I'd throw this out there so you would all have the background behind this! I have heard this stuff since 9/11 but to me it is just a bit much! In my view Islam did it and that is that but who knows? maybe an investigation should be done just to put these crazy rumors to bed once and for all! I agree with 2hellnwait's view on this completely,it just doesn't make sense to me that our own government would stoop to this level,as bad as it is,no American could do anything like this to other Americans and these people have seen one to many movies lol

"In "American Jihadi," Vanguard correspondent Christof Putzel traces the journey of a small town kid from Alabama to Somalia, where as part of Al-Shabaab he is now recruiting young Muslims from the west to wage jihad overseas."
So indeed, Americans can and will do stuff like that against their own country. It's disturbing to me that you say 'Islam did it'. So you're classifying everyone who choose to practice Muslim religious customs as a terrorist, which is basically telling us you're racist and not to be believed.

Well you are entitled to your opinion however Islam is evil pure and simple, and there's no doubt in my mind that Islam, and Islam alone planned and carried out 9/11,and I'll bet worse is yet to come This guy is a traitor! There is no justification for the murders of countless innocent people over the centuries by Islam to advance, and force people to except Islam or die,and that is a fact, from the mouths of people like this traitor! Islam isn't even a religion in my view but a criminal enterprise of the worst sort! racist no! Just someone who sees Islam for what it really is! it is either us or them and I vote for us! it is my hope, when we get rid of the Muslim in Chief in two years that whoever follows him takes the danger to our freedoms, culture, and way of life, and fights them like they deserve to be fought, It is good against evil! How many more people have to die to make you see just how savage these people are? There are 1 billion Muslims on the planet and 100 million fanatics keep the rest enslaved with fear, intimidation, and violence! We don't even know how many like this traitor are here waiting for orders to kill Americans! It is only a matter of time before they acquire weapons of mass destruction and use them on us,and guys like this say so all the time! you are deluded if you think otherwise!

No, I'm not. I'm a realist, and thus am not extremely egocentric as you appear. Islam is an idea, thus, as it's not living, it can not carry out human actions such as planning an attack.
Your statement that "Islam is evil pure and simple" is just down right racist. While I am a church attending Christian myself, I know Muslims in my community and I dare say they are the most respectable, honest, and community-oriented people in the community.
"There is no justification for the murders of countless innocent people over the centuries (by Islam)" . So I guess you've never heard of the Crusades, or the Holocost, or any other mass-murder campaigns put forth by Christians? You actually make me sick with your blatant ignorance and you seemingly lack of intelligence. If you wish to view Islam however you want, go ahead. Don't insult the intelligence of everyone else here with your lack or intelligence.
And don't pull the "OMG WMD" card.

To think that this was a conspiracy to go to war is absolutely idiotic.
We already have a lawless runaway govt that we the people seemingly are not willing or able to bring into check. . . so why assume for a moment that there is ''truth'' to the claim of govt involvement - we would be so far gone into corruption that there could be turning back. . . and there would no longer be a safe haven for man on the planet. . . the question is. . . Are we there yet? - 1 year ago

A most interesting psychologist, Bruce E. Levine, had this to say about US citizens: “The U.S. corporate-government partnership is increasingly unafraid of its citizens hearing truths because it has increasing confidence that, even when social inequity is thrown in their faces, U.S. citizens are too broken to act on truths.” http://www.zcommunications.org/liberation-psychology-for-the-u-s-by-bruce-e-levi...
That’s one part of the equation. The most interesting part in regard to 9/11, though, is that despite all evidence that our government lies to us with nearly every breath, most cannot fathom, and steadfastly refuse to entertain the idea, that those in charge could possible mean US citizens—we the people blah blah blah--harm. OK, sure, hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of innocent Iraqi and Afghan citizens have been killed (along with millions of Koreans and Vietnamese in earlier invasions, but let’s not complicate the issue) with no regard to morals or ethics. Few at current.com even bother to dispute this reality.
But killing a few thousand US citizens? Unthinkable! Our government is protecting our interests! They love us!
If this is your thought, then maybe you have reason to be really confused about what is going on in the US of A on myriad fronts.

I really encourage you to look into this if you haven't already done your own personal research...I realize this is "old news" but its that kind of attitude toward this subject that is ruining Americans nation wide. Im not sure what your opinion of the matter is...if there is any but your lack of concern for a very significant historical event in the states really leaves a bad taste in my mouth... So I suppose we should just "get over it" right? Just eat all the bullshit the media will continue to feed us? To all the deniers:
1. Why didn't jets intercept the airliners since they had numerous warnings of terrorist attacks?
2. Why did Ashcroft stop flying commercial, citing an unidentified "threat" in July 2001?
3. Why were there no photos or videos of the Pentagon plane?
4. Why didn't the Secret Service hustle Dubya out of the classroom?
5. Where was George H. W. Bush at the time of the attacks?
6. Why did passengers or crewmembers on three of the flights all use the term boxcutters?
7. Where are the flight recorders?
8. Why were the FISA warrants discontinued?
9. How did Bush see the first plane crash on live camera?
10 Why was security meeting scheduled for 9/11cancelled by WTC management on 9/10?
11. How did they come up with the "culprits" so quickly?
12. How did they find the terrorist's cars at the airports so quickly?
13. Why did Shrub dissolve the Bin Laden Task Force?
GOOD LUCK. THERE ARE ABOUT 500 MORE.

What about these for answers.
1. Just because there were warnings about attacks how would Jets intercept the planes without knowing an exact day or time of flight? I could warn you that there are probably going to be car accidents where people die tomorrow, can you stop them? It's a stupid question.
2. If Ashcroft did indeed stop flying commercial then wouldn't that prove the government was not involved? If the government were involved there would be no reason to stop flying commercial as he would have known when, where and how these attacks would take place.
3. If flight 77 did not crash into the Pentagon then how were pieces of the plane used in the Moussaoui trial? They had the voice recorder from the plane. Also don't you think the people from the flight would have come forward if they were still alive to say they did not in fact crash into the pentagon? Type in Flight 77 into Wikipedia and see pictures of wreckage for yourself.
4. The was no need to hustle Dubya out of the classroom because he was not in danger.
5. Why would you ask where Bush was when in question 4 you clearly know he was in a classroom in Florida.
6. If the terrorists had used scissors then the crew members and passengers would all have said scissors, everyone knows what a boxcutter is. Another stupid question.
7. I don't know where the flight recorders are, they probably did not survive the flames and the collapsing rubble. The flight recorder from flight 93 was found and the transcript can be found online, just look for it. Here's one http://www.mishalov.com/wtc-flight-93-transcript.html
8. FiSA Warrants and proceedings are secretive so I doubt you or any other member of the public knows anything about them.
9. Bush did not see the first plane. He was in the classroom reading a book to some school kids when he was informed of the first crash, everyone knows that. Another insane question.
10. I don't know why the meeting was canceled, meetings are canceled all the time in business, I don't see this as anything sinister but more just lucky for the people who avoided death.
11. They came up with the culprits because they had the flight numbers of the crashed planes and they had the passenger lists so from there it wasn't that difficult to pick out the culprits. That's pretty easy police work if you ask me.
12. Once you have a person's name it's not the hard to check the DMV database for license numbers and pretty soon you can find a car in an airport pretty easily. It's not like an airport is the size of a country.
13. Only Shrub and his buddies knows why he dissolved the task force.
There is one thing I will say that I believe is a conspiracy, I think that flight 93 was shot down by the military, there I said it, I was watching CNBC that morning and they said that jets had been scrambled to intercept, they were talking about it for a minute of 2 and then nothing for the next 30 minutes. The next thing we hear is that the plane crashed and the passengers did it. In this one instance I think the government lied and actually made the decision to shoot the plane down. Rumsfeld even slipped once and admitted it on tv.

My responses to some of your answers:
"1. Just because there were warnings about attacks how would Jets intercept the planes without knowing an exact day or time of flight? I could warn you that there are probably going to be car accidents where people die tomorrow, can you stop them? It's a stupid question."
>A half hour after the crashes in Manhattan the other plans were heading for DC. I should think that's plenty of time to get fighters flying, except that all but 3 of the nation guard's f-18s based in Washington were flown to North Carolina earlier that day.
*edit* note: I can't remember if these are the flights or a different combination, I'll check when I have time. Until then, feel free to correct me
>Considering Flight 77 (and 93 for that matter) were not even scheduled to fly that day, there would be no one to come forward. The wreckage was all small enough to be picked up by hand, and none had markings to guarantee it had come from American 77. As for the flight recorder, you can purchase those from the company without even owning a plane. Then, all you do is hook up a mike in your basement, act out your scene and voila!, instant evidence.7. I don't know where the flight recorders are, they probably did not survive the flames and the collapsing rubble. The flight recorder from flight 93 was found and the transcript can be found online, just look for it. Here's one http://www.mishalov.com/wtc-flight-93-transcript.html
>Why are the last 3 minutes of the tape unaccounted for? Also, flight recorders are made of the most impervious materials known to man. How could they not survive the crash, yet they supposedly found the passport of one of the high jackers? either they were EXTREMELY lucky or something's wrong there.
11. They came up with the culprits because they had the flight numbers of the crashed planes and they had the passenger lists so from there it wasn't that difficult to pick out the culprits. That's pretty easy police work if you ask me.
>Again, 2 of the planes weren't even scheduled to fly, and if you check the NTSB's records 2 of them are listed as active, while the other 2 are listed as destroyed. How do you get a passenger list for a plane without a flight?
Just some food for thought.

I’m ashamed to say that I did not look seriously into the 9/11 Truth movement until only last year, when I was compelled to watch “Loose Change.” After looking at that documentary, I started reading and watching everything I could get a hold of, including the debunkings of the Truth movement, and came to the conclusion that Judy Wood’s theories answer more questions than anyone’s. Building 7 is an obvious clue that all that we’ve been told has been molded by media lies and omissions, but buildings 3, 4, 5 and 6, along with the “toasted cars,” offer us even more disturbing information. Let alone the obvious fact that buildings 1 and 2 did not collapse. They exploded with the force of a volcano.
In any case, I’ve reached the conclusion that the official story is absolutely a lie. There are too many physical impossibilities that one needs to swallow to believe the official story, and much more: the inexplicable behavior of Bush the morning of the attacks, if we are to believe his story; NORAD’s failure to intercept four high-jacked planes; the lack of flight experience of the purported high-jackers, who we are nonetheless told could perform maneuvers seasoned pilots can’t. It just goes on and on.
If I had not researched this thoroughly, making sure to carefully analyze the debunkers’s explanations every step of the way, I would not have believed it possible that such an amazingly transparent lie could be perpetrated upon the public. And although I have long spoken out against the incredible crimes against humanity that we’ve witnessed in these ongoing illegal invasions we call wars, I was not prepared for the obvious conclusion that our own government was willing to kill three thousand US citizens to achieve support for those invasions (the count is higher now, as many have died by breathing in the toxic dust resulting from 9/11, and many more are very sick). It hit me hard. When I read the media cover-ups and lies in such sources as Counterpunch and Mother Jones, when I looked at what Chomsky had to say, I was hit even harder.
I started to talk to friends about what I’d discovered, and the response of many shocked me. Two old friends, people I’ve known for decades who would identify themselves as intellectual and progressive (for some good reasons), will not speak to me anymore. Both of them absolutely refused to look at the evidence, and got hysterical when I tried to point out some inconsistencies in their thinking. They told me the “Truthers” are just like the “Birthers.” One said, “who has gotten hold of you?” and then dismissed me as deluded. Funny, they’d always taken me seriously before. Another heavy hit.
Since seriously investigating the 9/11 situation, I feel more than ever that I am walking among the living dead. It is a terrifying place to be, and it’s no wonder that most will not follow me.
One last thing. Don’t waste your time demanding a true investigation into 9/11. Anyone who has looked at the official investigation impartially knows it’s a riddle of lies and evasions. That’s all we’ll ever get. - 1 year ago

Cool. Let's start out by allowing you to debunk how and why Building 7 was already pre-wired for demolition and went down like a 99 year old drunk in the Sahara desert.

Yes, it's funny, but somehow you missed the fact that "William Gerard" is the only one making sense. That's what makes it funny.

Understand that it was and is vital to our national security and economic prosperity to secure the vast oil wealth of Iraq. Whether you believe in 9/11 conspiracies or not, you have to know that Bush/Cheney where going to get that oil at all cost. This is not a conspiracy, it's common sense...Saddam and Bin Laden teaming up...doubt Saddam would share his stranglehold on Iraq with anyone...that makes no sense. The war was a straight-up jack move by a couple of real thugs. And for christ sake people question EVERYTHING....Good truthers never tell you to blindly accept their version of the truth, they always tell you to do your own homework. Governments tell you to accept their version of the facts and like it. Why can't I ask questions....

It's not a theory. Iraq is basically(was) the last major untapped oil reserve on the planet. It is a big piece on the chessboard.

I have a crackpot theory to propose.
It was basically understood that the twin towers were a money pit to their owner. It cost them a lot more money to own than they brought in. Maybe the owner planned to have the buildings destroyed at some future point and got a wee bit too gung-ho and had demolitions explosives placed prematurely so he wouldn't have to do it later. Thinking that the devices were secure, he left them there, unaware that a terrorist plot to fly an airliner into the buildings would set off the explosives and take the buildings down.
That was fun. I just want to make clear however, that even though I'm being a smart ass with my crackpot theory, I don't necessarily disbelieve that the government was involved on some level or at least much more aware of what would potentially happen then they feign knowing.

I do "NOT" believe the Government was behind 9/11 or destroyed the twin towers, but I KNOW 2 planes did not bring the "3" buildings down at free fall speed either.

I am sure you know more about Terrorists and their motives than a 20+ year Veteran of the CIA like michael scheuer. He disagrees with you none the less. I think I will give you the same Reading list Ron Paul gave Rudy Juliani.
(1) Imperial Hubris: Why the West Is Losing the War on Terror (2) Dying to Win: The Strategic Logic of Suicide Terrorism (3) Blowback, The Costs and Consequences of American Empire (4) The 9/11 Commission Report: Final Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States (Authorized Edition)
This one was not on Dr. Paul's list, but a MUST read none the less "The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot"

Thank you for pointing out there's a lot more archs and engis that believe the opposite. Many of them stick to the evidence that's at hand, instead of relying on 'video evidence'...
If i hear another "I saw 'splosions!!1!1!!" I'm going to punch babies with dynamite strapped to my arms.
I mean, by all means, it's good to question things, free speech and billboards FTW, but seriously, it's time to move on. It's astounding that most of the architects and engineers that chime in on this bullshit aren't new yorkers. I go to school in NYC, and everyone is pretty much past the tragedy, and we find it really fucking annoying when people dig up their scars for their own personal agenda.
It doesn't mean we don't dwell on it though.
One of the most profound questions, we as architect students, we were asked [by an artist, go figure] was something along the lines of "What are the implications of designing such large structures? And following that, is it really reasonable to put humans in such high density?" The risks for designing these buildings is tremendous, putting thousands of lives in dependence of a single structure, and while it was not a natural disaster, it does make one wonder why we ever thought it was a good idea to build and keep building so big. What goes up, must come down, and this will happen, with humans in between or not. - 1 year ago
