Sick Little Spoiled Bitches Abuse Dementia Patients for FUN

Image

(Ashton Larson pictured above)

They weren't the swarthy perverts you'd expect them to be. They were the pretty girls, six high school friends from the farming hub of Albert Lea, Minnesota, who'd all found jobs at the Good Samaritan nursing home caring for patients with dementia...

While nursing home work can be a painful experience in witnessing the final throes of life, the six girls were bored with the job. So they decided to liven it up by sexually abusing the patients.

Brianna Broitzman admitted to police that she poked one patient in the breast. But her friends say she also spit in a resident's mouth, jabbed the boobs of other patients, and stuck her bare butt in a patient's face.

Ashton Larson confessed that she'd stuck her finger up a patient's rectum. She would also get in bed with them and make humping motions, pat them on the butt and taunt them into getting angry by laughing at them.

When the abuse first surfaced in 2008, the girls admitted they taunted and abused the residents in an attempt to make their work "fun." All told, they're believed to have abused 15 patients. But the cops didn't think abusing people with dementia was fun; they merely thought it made you a sick little fuck. So the girls were hit with a slew of charges, ranging from assault to abuse of a vulnerable adult with sexual contact.

Broitzman has taken an Alford plea, which basically means she admits she'd get drilled in court, but doesn't want to confess to being a degenerate. She'll be sentenced in October, but is expected to get less than a year in prison. Larson heads to trial next month.

    • ...Geriatrics apropos Aged Care, is a specialised field (no news there) and within that specialised field, dimentia is a huge, huge concern...that said, my problem, to say the least, in this instance, is that these teenage airheads were let loose in this arena, with obviously no supervision...after hrs in these facilities, and I've witnessed it down Under...NOMS, and nurses will sit in stations and wear the "supervisory" hat...and a lot of the time, that's it...leaving it wide open to instances of, as in this case, horrific abuse...AND also, as Quinn said, this bunch of bloody "mean girls" displayed behaviour "in a league of their own"...

...a combination of fukc-ups here...from the bosses down to the "novitiates" from hell...

They are lucky I can't afford to take out a full page ad in their local paper or I would do that. I may not be the brightest person but I know not to mess with old folks or dead folks. Oh wait I should have said I have the self respect and the respect for my elders not to disrespect them in such a manner.

what happened to our freedom of speech Current, i wanna know what bailey said, and why its under "review". it seems that comments put under "review" never get out of review too. i think its currents way of censoring things, without seeming like the goddamn Chinese government

    • I live in Minnesota somewhat near Albert Lea, so I've heard this story before. I was horrified the first time I heard it, and I'm still horrified over a year later. It doesn't matter if they're dementia patients. They're still human beings with the right to feel safe.

    • ...as soon as I read this horror expose, it reminded me of a lot of movies, "Mean Girls" being one, and there may well be other more apt examples that are filling the heads of teenagers, and presented as "kewl" by the "film" industry...but in saying that, and I'm struggling here...I know you can't put brains in statues, but even when my bro and I were mere bubs, and into puberty, we had compassion...and it was drilled into us about respect for the elderly...so is this the result of "absent role models" or is this just the absence of "heart"...sorry, guys, but I'm one of those annoying "boomers", as Mr Alphabet is always stating...it just never, ever occurred to us to behave in such an horrific manner...(help me here, Czetheday, 'cause ya do it much better than me...)...

Angelina Jolie and Winona Ryder did a film in 1999 that reminds me of this situation even more than "Mean Girls." It was "Girl, Interrupted" and it too was about the atrocities that take place in institutions. I agree with you eden, that while we all had our rotten moments as kids, most of us knew better than to do the sorts of things these girls did, and yet.....there is a part of me that wants to hold institutions responsible as well. There is something unspeakably cruel about the institutionalization of our elderly, and in "Girl, Interrupted," the institutionalization of problematic teenagers was cinematically interrogated. I couldn't say that one film did much to change the way we deal with problematic youth, but it was an eye opener for many, and I think this sordid little tale here holds the potential for at least a Lifetime movie, if not better.

E-Gads, Lindsey could star in this one too, with her now firsthand experience with incarceration.

    • We are all products of our society, and it is sad that these girls ignored how cruel and selfish they were being. Our society is what forms a person so do not put all the blame on the girls. They should defiantly go to jail for a year, maybe even forced to take a couple classes for mental health. But if you look at it, capitalism embraces taking advantage when you get the chance. Hell with everything on MTV and other bullshit television shows teaching us to only pursue self pleasure even at the cost of others. Well thats my opinion on why these girls did what they did. It is there choice to do what they do, but we have become very conditioned to not be able to make clear choices. I hope the best for those girls, and i hope they can find help.

    • It's sad, for sure. Very sad... but maybe they are devoted Christians girls, and they know that God doesn't like people with "defects". Maybe they behaved like that to please the Lord.

      Leviticus 21:

16 Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

17 "Speak to Aaron, saying, 'No man of your offspring throughout their generations who has a defect shall approach to offer the food of his God.

18 For no one who has a defect shall approach: a blind man, or a lame man, or he who has a disfigured face, or any deformed limb,

19 or a man who has a broken foot or broken hand,

20 or a hunchback or a dwarf, or one who has a defect in his eye or eczema or scabs or crushed testicles.

21 No man among the descendants of Aaron the priest who has a defect is to come near to offer the LORD'S offerings by fire; since he has a defect, he shall not come near to offer the food of his God.

You Bible quoting moron. Jesus, I believe corrected most of that Old Testament stuff after He got His Father's Prozac levels stabilized. So the New Testament kinda reads like a list of corrections for the Old Testament. Sorta like, "What I really wanted to say...." You didn't know that? And if you really want to know what the Old Testament means, ask a Jew. It is their book. As we are reminded by Lewis Black, "You don't hear us Jews, quoting from the New Testament."

Hey, you hate me for quoting the Bible? WTF! By the way, the Old Testament IS on the Bible, and therefore it's a CHRISTIAN thing too (not only Jewish). You should pay more attention when you read the Bible. I think you missed Mathew 5:18: "Heaven and earth may disappear. But I promise you that not even a period or comma will ever disappear from the LAW. EVERYTHING written in it must happen" - Jesus.

Heaven knows I'm no proponent of the Bible, but these verses are clearly meant to outline who can be a priest and make offerings in the temples. We all know what a judgmental bastard the Hebrew G-d is, but in this case it was really meant for a particular job... ^_^

I don't believe he made any mention of his religion; he only pointed out now the Bible has taken issue with people who are disabled. On top of that, he had to point out to an attacker that ignoring the Old Testament goes against the teachings of Jesus. There's no reason to attack over that, seriously. Take a breath and follow the posts, hon ^_^

Ok, even if that's the case, mentally ill people have no ability to understand that Jesus died for their sins. According to the Bible, if you do not accept Jesus, you won't be saved. Therefore mentally ill people will never enter the Kingdom of God, according to the Bible.

Yes you are disliked by Christian and Non-Christan that is because your comments are ignorant. Number one I am a theology student we can get into this all day, you are using a verse of the bible out of context to strengthen an already weak argument, and you are obviously using some new translation(which in my opinion are a bastardized Bible.) Number two if we are still going to abide by all the laws and procedures of Leviticus then you should stop eating pork, bottom feeding fish(catfish), and a number of other animals. Also you need to start the sacrifices and offerings back up. Wake up and stop using the Bible verses in ignorant ways...people like you are the ones that gives Christians a bad name, making us all seem like close minded wackos!

Speaking of which, sweetheart, do you prefer your foot embraces to be done dry, perhaps on a sunny day in a cool field of clover or undercover with lightly scented oil. What's that? Why am I asking? Oh, no reason. Just curious...
