THE SHOT — Threats received by Dan Manning, the West Point grad and eight-year Army vet discharged under DADT who is running for a seat in Kansas's House, attached to his front door over the weekend. Might it have come from opponent and incumbent Brenda Landwehr, who, says Forward Kansas(http://forwardkansas.com/2010/08/death-threats-in-the-ks-91st-district/), "has used Dan’s sexual orientation to stir up her constituent."
