Mahmoud Karkehabadi has been charged for Bernie Madoff-like fraud

Seems like we have another Bernie Madoff! A low-budget film producer, Mahmoud Karkehabadi, has been arrested for running a Bernie-Madoff-like fraud scheme in which he has allegedly bilked investors out of millions.
