Expenses MP auctions duck island for charity

Sir Peter Viggers stood down as an MP during the expenses scandal, because he was the MP who tried to claim a duck house on his expenses.

"Sir Peter, the long-serving MP for Gosport in Hampshire, was asked to resign by party leader David Cameron.

He later described himself as "ashamed and humiliated" by his claim, which was rejected by the Commons authorities."-BBC

However, the now the duck house famed from news stories was put up for a charity action for Macmillan Cancer Support. The duck house was won for £1,700 (£2,200 as new).
I hope some more expenses items go for sale, could do with a moat.
