The govt says that marijuana (cannabis) has no medicinal value yet they hold a patent! US Patent 6630507 titled "Cannabinoids as antioxidants and neuroprotectants" which is assigned to The United States of America, as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services.
WHY DOES THE MEDIA IGNORE THIS?
BECAUSE THEY ARE TOLD TO.
REMEMBER THIS THE NEXT TIME AN OFFICIAL TELLS YOU THAT WEED HASN'T BEEN STUDIED ENOUGH!

Great summary of pro-Prop 19 position. Number 6 is not really a reason for legalization... he points out that usage will increase overall (although it might decrease). Great post!
