Richard I Fine Released (after 18 months confinement for contempt charges)

Jailed for contempt.

Some speculate that the contempt charges and subsequent jailing of Fine were carried-out in effort to silence his allegations of/to corruption within the judiciary. Others may counter with effort to rationalize the 18 month detainment as a legitimate tool for/of contempt.

    • "The judge could not be reached for comment late Friday."

The judge (and I don't even want to dignify him with that title) ought to be reached for tar and feathering...what a betrayal of the public trust. This is the same kind of bullying behavior being exhibited by police brutality all across the nation. WTF is going on in this country?

    • It looks like there are things that are amiss within the Ca. judicial system, I wonder what prompted Fine's sudden and unannounced release?

there is much amiss with the courts nationwide..... they probably wanted to release him before he actually got national coverage... unfortunate as this should have been all over the news from the start, but thats corporate media for you.... I implore you to look up as much about this case as possible, it will blow your mind how these judges take legalized bribes and grant themselves immunity.....
