Birthday Dollar a New Orleans Tradition

Nothing beats travelling the globe seeking out new sights, sounds, tastes and traditions. On a recent trip to New Orleans, I did just that. One custom was particularly noteworthy and was stumbled upon completely by accident as I wandered the streets on my birthday.
