It was supposed to be non-partisan. At least, that is what rally organizers said. This union backed hatefest known as “The One Nation March” is nothing but a pathetic attempt by Democrats and their liberal progressive allies to tap into the same voter anger that fuels the Tea Party. It was said recently that more people attended this rally (according to a satellite image) than Beck’s Restore Honor rally that brought in hundreds of thousands of Americans. Yeah right! According to the AP, only thousands attended the One Nation March; far below Restore Honor. I would love to see this “satellite image”.

Also, since this rally is so non-partisan, why did one speaker say that we must “work for progressive change”? This is a taxpayer funded union event that calls for “progressive change” and has so far been nothing but hate. The rally opened up with MSNBC ultra-liberal host Ed Schultz blaming Republicans for everything which is the norm at these events. The rally has over 400 sponsors which includes unions, faith, enviromental and gay-rights groups. Two of the largest unions, the AFL-CIO and Service Employees International Union heavily back the Democrats. Compared to Beck’s Restore Honor rally which only had a handful of sponsors and still brought it much more people and was actually non-partisan and non-political.

Speakers at this rally say that the Tea Party is the biggest danger to America. I didn’t realize small government, less taxes, more common sense, more freedoms, fiscal responsibility, accountability, and responsibility was such a freaking danger!

Collage students stood up and complained about how much they owe on their student loans. “I have $30,000 in debt”. “I have $100,000 in debt”. Better find a job to pay off all that cash. But first you have to create jobs. How do we create jobs? Government doesn’t but the private sector does.

There was a young man, who is illegal, who spoke of his illegal parents who were deported but how he was allowed to stay on conditions because he and his brother were born here. A sad story indeed but the law is the law. If you break the law, you suffer the consequences. So honestly, I have no sympethy for the kid. This rally clearly supports illegal immigration for the “common good”. I really do not care how much of a law abiding citizen you are. If you are here illegally, you should be deported. The law is the law.

On to education. One black speaker said that demonizing teachers is not the answer to the problems in the education system. The only demonizing I see going on are on the teachers who have sex with students. The ones who don’t educate but instead push their own political ideas and beliefs on their students. But the unions don’t like talking about those teachers…for some reasons.

Its all about jobs. They want government created jobs. What they don’t understand is government doesn’t create jobs…the private sector does! All they basically do is complain about jobs for the “common good” because they believe that everyone has a right to a job. Everyone has a right to education. Everyone has a right to health care. Everyone has a right to…everything. Everything is a “right” to these people. Everyone deserves a “right”. Everyone except those who disagree…I have my right to free speech yet they constantly attack me in order to silence me. Their “rights” only apply to their own people. The left wing people. Sure, I believe kids deserve the best education. But what the left does not understand is they actually protect the bad teachers and attack the good ones. That is why education in America sucks. But see, its all about the agenda more than the kids. Its not about the kids and education…its about the agenda and making sure the kids know the agenda. This rally is nothing but lies and hate. It IS the agenda.

And look who I found on the One Nation Working Together website parter’s list: Democratic Socialists of America and the Communist Party USA (CPUSA). What is even more disturbing is I also found…National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.. Socialism/Communism does not mix with Christianity. I am independent baptist and this is exactly why I will stay independent and never belong in a church that follows the mainstream religion.

Liberalism is such an ugly thing. I just wish more people could see that.
