JUDGE JOHN K DIETZ FULLY CORRUPT

The state of Texas Judge John K Dietz is a fully corrupt Judge.
Imagine that he granted a child support of about 3000% above the "legal amount" since the father income was 18000 for the whole year.
Such child support three times above the maximum allowed by law
Judge John K Dietz granted a child support of $4117 a month for a baby of 4 months old, plus the homestead of the father to an illegal alien (ex girlfriend) who was trespassing, and without the baby!
And all of this without the child!
He (Judge John K Dietz) also grants the homestead of the father to this illegal alien who was trespassing into his homestead and without the opportunity to be heard and without ntice to the father

What Judge John K Dietz did is a crime called " deprivation of rights under the color of law" is in direct violations to the law, human rights, civil rights and United States Constitutions, but nobody will prosecute him.

TITLE 18, U.S.C., SECTION 242
Whoever, under color of any law, statute, ordinance, regulation, or custom, willfully subjects any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States, ... shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year, or both; and if bodily injury results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include the use, attempted use, or threatened use of a dangerous weapon, explosives, or fire, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnaping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, shall be fined under this title, or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.
