RE: Request for an honest and effectual UPR report on the United States by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations
To Their Excellencies, Ambassadors to the United Nations:
I, the undersigned, Joseph Zernik, a resident of the United States of America, read with great hope the news regarding the first ever, November 2010, Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Human Rights in the United States by the Human Rights Council of the United Nations.
Based on my personal experiences and observations, I recognize the widespread corruption of the justice system in the United States, and failure of United States government to uphold its responsibilities and obligations pursuant to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
I read the staff reports of the Human Rights Council of the United Nations, and was invigorated in my hopes that the final UPR report would likewise reflect the urgent need for the United States to address the rampant violations of the Human Rights of its own people.
I also hope that the final UPR report would call upon the United States to cooperate with observers and rapporteurs that were and would be commissioned by the United Nations, in efforts to monitor efforts and progress by the United States in addressing such violations, following the issuance of the November 2010 UPR report of the United Nations Human Rights Council.
We, who live in the United States, suffered substantial deterioration in our Human, Civil, and Constitutional Rights, particularly in the past decade. The UPR process of the United Nations is a unique opportunity for the truth in this matter to be finally heard – loud and clear.
I believe that the UPR process could reflect the United Nations at its best, and trust that on November 5, 2010, you would vote for an honest and effectual UPR report on Human Rights in the United States of America.
Sincerely,Joseph Zernik, PhD

High level financial management fraud at the Los Angeles Superior Court, Sheriff's Department - A call for action by US law enforcement
Los Angeles, October 13 - Human Rights Alert (NGO) called for action by US law enforcement regarding mounting evidence of high-level financial management fraud at the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.
Secret bank accounts, controlled by the judges of the LASC were exposed over a decade ago in a series of reports by the Washington DC Insight Magazine [1]regarding secretive corporations, controlled by the judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court, and inexplicable fund movements in and out of such corporations.
Regardless, no report of actions by IRS, FBI, or US Dept of Justice in this regard was ever found.
Last time it was checked (around 2009), such corporations were still listed by the California Secretary of State.
Additionally, Human Rights Alert documented the designation of all court fees in certain cases of the Los Angeles Superior Court as "Journal Entry", whereas in other cases such fees are recorded as "Filing Fees", "Motion Fees", "Stipulation Fees", etc.[2] Presiding Judge Charles McCoy and Clerk of the Court John A Clarke, denied repeated requests to disclose the ultimate designation of such funds. [3] Accountancy textbook consider the misuse of "Journal Entry" as a cardinal sign of high-level financial management fraud. Of note, until recently the LASC never permitted public access to its financial reports, and today it publishes unaudited financial reports.
The online publication of false records pertaining to bail amounts, which were collected from prisoners by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, was likewise documented by Human Rights Alert. The Sheriff's Department refused to this date to answer on complaints on the matter, which alleged corruption and large-scale financial fraud in bail/bond operations of the Department. [4]
United Nations Human Rights Council (HRC) staff report, [5] which was recently issued as part of the 2010 Universal Periodic Review (UPR) of Human Rights in the United States, referred to: "...corruption in the courts and the legal profession, and discrimination of US law enforcement in California. 69"... "69 HRAlert, pages 1-5. See submission for cases cited." The statements were based on the April 2010 submission by Human Rights Alert. The evidence provided by Human Rights Alert pertained to large-scale false imprisonment at the criminal courts, and real estate fraud in collusion with large financial institutions and law-firms at the civil courts. The submission was based on media, expert, and official reports from the last two decades, as well as analysis of court records in a series of cases opined as fraud and perversion of justice by the courts.
The reference in the HRC report to "discrimination of US law enforcement in California", pertained to documents provided by Human Rights Alert showing discrimination by US law enforcement for at least two decades against Los Angeles County, California, through refusal to address overwhelming evidence of racketeering by judges of the Los Angeles Superior Court. In its report, Human Rights Alert called upon the US Congress to enact Federal Rules for Public Access to Electronic Court Record, Case Management, and Electronic Court Fling, as quintessential for restoration of integrity of the courts in the United States, for restoration of the Rule of Law, and for the safeguard of Human Rights in the digital era.
Human Rights Alert also called upon the United States to effectively engage in a cooperative effort with internationally charged observers and rappeurtors, as part of the ongoing UPR process from 2010 to 2014.
Human Rights Alert is dedicated to discovering, archiving, and disseminating evidence of Human Rights violations by the justice systems of the State of California and the United States in Los Angeles, California, and beyond. Special emphasis is given to the unique role of online public access and computerized case management systems in the precipitous deterioration of integrity of the justice system.
Human Rights Alert expressed its confidence that the outcome of the first ever international review of Human Rights in the United States, would be a landmark event, and that the United Nations HRC would vote on an effectual Human Rights report on the United States in its November 5, 2010, UPR session in Geneva, Switzerland.
Human Rights Alert is dedicated to discovering, archiving, and disseminating evidence of Human Rights violations by the justice systems of the State of California and the United States in Los Angeles, California, and beyond. So, Fine, what was it like being on the other side of the bars for a change? I wonder if his outlook as a prosecutor and sending people to jail has changed?
I really don't see how they could get away with doing this to a US Prosecutor. Normally, the lawyers and judges are friends with each, golf, lunch, strip clubs, whatever.

Here is a earlier clip I posted when Richard Fine was imprisoned with No Trial over a year.... As the draconian judicial games were in full force.
I have witnessed first hand other such outrageous Judicial abominable acts committed in the court rooms of Superior Court of California by another Judge, " Judge John M. True III" Seeing what happened to Richard I Fine and others it is obvious corruption is everywhere and endemic in the Judicial System today. Many of these judges feel that they can do what ever they want without any repercussions regardless of Our Constitution or existing law... and feel they are above the Law. They know that they are very well protected in a system that protects itself. Other honest Judges surrounded by this corruption are intimidated by the enormity of the corrupt system and choose to look the other way as their brethren commit these blatant act of miss-justice and thus.... these acts are allowed to continue.
______________________________________________IN MY CASE:
What happened to my business is we were targeted by a corporation based in Pennsylvania, a corporation who also felt that they too were above the law. And as we found out a corporation with also very deep government connections = http://www.gapinternational.com/clients.html .After discovering (the first theft) the theft of our G.A.P. International's property. I called the Pennsylvania corporation's "Corporate Headquarters" and was abruptly hung-up on, after I identified myself and threatened legal action if our G.A.P's property wasn't returned immediately. Three hours after the phone call we were attacked again (A second time) and our WIN-TV properties were all then targeted and also stolen.
But, regardless of this second bold attack, we still were victims and we still fought back! We then filed a case with the FBI for interstate wire fraud. We expected to get our day in court and our constitutional right to a jury trial for the crimes committed against us. But, even after winning numerous times in lower courts and once in federal court... After SIX Years of their army of lawyers stalling and filing nuisance motions trying to destroy our cash flow and us financially... this is what we got in the end!
Judge True who was mysteriously substituted into our case after six years just before our Jury trial was to begin. Replacing our Trial Judge the Honorable Barbara Miller. Judge John M. True III twisted and destroyed the fabric of law - ALL LAW - when he ruled his own special version of the law by (first), denying our Constitutional Right to our attorney... and then (second) ordered that I represent my own case in court as Pro Se. " I told Judge True "That I couldn't do that because first, I am not an attorney and Second, I wasn't qualified and (Third) that we already had an Attorney-!" Judge True III replied: [quote] "That if I SAID THAT YOU would have to represent yourself in court - Then... that's exactly what you will have to do!... So, Deal With It-!!!!" . [end quote]. By doing that Judge John M. True III denied our right to trial and right to equal justice under the law.

If as a country, we don't get 100% accountability of all branches of our Judicial System then our country is lost.... it's game over.
We must Demand full accountability from our Judicial and make sure all guilty go to jail, RICH and poor or, judicially protected.
Under our Constitution... NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW.
"ALL VICTIMS" are entitled to justice for the crimes commited against them.
WHEN CORPORATIONS AND CEO'S CAN USE OUR COURTS AS A TOOL TO SUBVERT THE FABRIC OF OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS, RIGHTS THAT PROTECT ALL CITIZENS. THEN...WE ALL LOSE.

State Superior Court Judge David P. Yaffe needs to be forced to serve an equal amount of time, under equal conditions, may every evil thing he has done be visited back upon his own life.
Fuck the US Supreme Court as well....may every evil thing they've done come back into their own lives.
Thank you Dr. Fine for your courage

If we institute a prison conscript prerelease program would take a huge financial burden off the taxpayer. Why can we more productively use our huge prison population.
Send some of our prison population to Afghanistan they would feel right at home there nothing but a bunch of corrupt war lords running that place anyway.
We would need to focus less on the civil rights of our prison population. If our prison system wasn't so overcrowded and overwhelmed from a administration point of view then maybe we would have better accommodations for the high profile need to make a civil rights statment bozo's that get themselves locked up. - 1 year ago

See you miss the point we have all been victims of corrupt systems for years and years.it's just that we have the best corrupt systems in the world.
If you want to play the games that's your business and I would love to say something productive just as soon as I see something productive.
And I have been a victim of our corrupt family law systems. That is how I know of the futility.
I happen to think that conscripting our prison population would solve a lot of issues for the taxpayers.

It's obvious what the motives are here. Lock Mr.Fine up & throw away the key!
WHY?
Mr. Fine is locked up because; what Mr. Fine is saying is bad for their business! It exposes the money the guilty are all making from this ongoing corrupt for-profit scheme.
Martin Luther King Jr. wrote from within the Birmingham City Jail. That,"Justice denied for one... is Justice denied for all.”
As I sit and write this... without any doubt, clearly, we have the best government and US Judicial System that money can buy. What Mr Fine is showing all of us, is an Illegal and corrupt judicial system receiving payments for returned favoritism. Mr Fine has exposed a corrupt system that has been going on for years ~ under the radar.
As we all look closer...
We can see a pattern... in this pdf link a from a major developer... http://www.fppc.ca.gov/Agendas/11-06/06-615exh.pdf > and a trail of money showing a system of political contributions on both sides: A developer who has clearly put-out big money... who clearly has a huge financial interest in covering all his political and government bases with one objective.... To get what he wants..."Favoritism".
$PECIAL JUDGES FOR $PECIAL CLIENTS:
As we just observed with BP's CEO Tony Hayward, who requested a "special Judge" by name, to decide the law suits mounting up against the British Petroleum giant, BP. That request was nothing more than a arrogant and bold request by BP to get $pecial VIP treatment from a sitting Judge. A special request to get= favoritism on BP's on going mis-doings in the Gulf Oil Disaster.
What we see before us clearly nothing new... ON-GOING hidden corrupt business dealings like this have been going on in back rooms for years! This is how Big Business gets things done! (with a wink and a nod!)
Mr. Fine has exposed to all of us this huge ongoing"corruption for profit scheme at great personal expense... Mr Fine exposed that money was even paid from county tax payer dollars, to the direct benefit and personal profit of "State Paid Judges for $45,000.00 each. Mr. Fine has also shown us the mechanics of this trickle-down scheme as the results bear fruit to developers and other entities who also make huge profits when the counties and developers get judgments ruled in their favor... Mr. Fine exposed a corrupt system where every one of the participants make money and profits...
Richard I. Fine's self-less and valiant actions taking on this Corrupt Judicial System on his own... has suffered direct and personal retaliation for his nobel action.
By doing this... Richard I. Fine has shown us the first step we must all take on the road to Judicial Reform... WE ALL NEED... to take bold actions to take back our Judicial System from the truly guilty ones that corrupted it for their own personal profit.~ Our Right To Justice ~
Justice is a right of every citizen... it is not an option. A Judge is an
employee like any other employee of the county or of the state and is
given paid a wage to provide a service for which he is entrusted to
provide. A Judge is neither a God nor a King. He has a prime
responsibility to see that all citizens are administered a fair and equal
Justice under the law; as written in our constitution. His schedule,
the courts schedule, personal ego and granted power of discretionary
judgment are all secondary to the supreme act of overseeing that
every citizen receive their constitutional rights and equal justice under
the law.
