Taliban Said To Be Infiltrating Afghan Forces

A recently-retired United Nations official is warning that the Taliban have infiltrated the Afghan army and police. Dr. Antonio Maria Costa, former head of the UN Office on Drugs and Crime, says Taliban sleeper cells have been set up inside the security forces.
