California voters may legalize marijuana for recreational use in about two weeks through Prop 19. Here and Now talks about the economic and political implications.

By the way, if a lot of people come out to vote for Prop 19, it could win the gubernatorial election for Democrat Jerry Brown — who is against the initiative.
