    • Has anyone investigated if ATM are safe or not? I never had heard as many problems with security on those, have they covered up that too?

If the ATM can be made secure then, why not voting machines? Is it because they were deliberately designed not to be, so that uncertainty in voting can be maintained to allow for manipulation?

    • money controls power. media convinces everyone.

what if the media told everyone that they were going to vote one way, and those same interests controlled the voting machines to sync with that fiction. the majority would be convinced they were in the minority simply by living in a illusory reality they believed was real.

fuck the government, democracy has been compromised. legalize drugs, abolish money. power to the locality.

    • If your a Democrat you won't have a problem with the polling machines being rigged. What a joke, and this is America.

    • I have chosen paper ballots during every election I've voted in, even though the staff seems frustrated by the fact. I always wondered why. Perhaps I was in the way of the vote-rigging? In any case, please write to your representatives about this issue and demand strict regulations on voting machines and the creation of a voting method that is less prone to tampering. And do not use the electronic voting machines on voting day! All polling places offer alternatives.

    • This is a topic that definitely does not get the amount of discussion it should and Democratic politicians should address this. By not doing so they look equally complicit in fraud. I would not be surprised to find out some are using it to their advantage as well as Republicans who we know have done so. The 2000 judicial coup was the deliberate catalyst to lead us to these machines which have stolen our freedom of choice. Who would have thought that we would see the corporatization of democracy in a country where our very founding principles are based on freedom from such abuses. This is what happens when you are looking in the other direction at your TV sets.

    • Democratic politicians should address the issue of electronic voting machines being unsafe..This is a huge problem across America, primarily at minority and Democratic polling places, dating back to the 2000 elections..Republicans have tuned election fraud into a science..Diebold is another manufacturer of the electronic voting machine that helped Bush steal the 0/4 election..Kenneth Blackwell was Ohio's Sec.of State, and he assisted Diebold in stealing the election.....The owner of Diebold promised Bush the election, and he handed it to him on a silver platter..

A judge ordered the ballots in Ohio be held until litigation was complete. Low and behold, oops the ballots were destroyed 'by accident'. No evidence, no crime? The lack of evidence should have been a crime. No one was held accountable. George W. just got 4 more years and we all 'just moved along'. Voting in America is a joke, no one can really believe. It will be what they (media) says it will be. They are spinning a Republican victory, so one can image, they will be correct. The same ones who control the media, control our voting process.

Yes, and Kerry handed it to Bush the very next day without even caring if votes were still needing to be counted and verified. Skull and Bones Brothers sticking together? At least Mr. Gore stayed in it as long as he could and fought for us.

It is extremely disheartening to see our votes stolen and no one is held responsible for the crime..The Democrats just go along with the program, instead of fighting back, they appear to be afraid of their shadows..Voting in America is a very big joke, and they have the nerve to critique elections held in other countries...You are right about everything, however something tells me that the propaganda that the media/Republicans are spinning is just that, and the Democrats will do better than expected in the elections..

    • If the republicans win this November, it will be because of massive conspiracy voter fraud thanks to libertarian Koch-created voting machines.
