Do You Support Al Franken’s Legislation That Allows Rape Victims To Sue The Whole Company?

If you’re raped by a co-worker at work you can sue the entire company for that one employee’s actions. Even if: That co-worker was a 1st-time-offender, had no prior-rape-history, and the company had no way of foreseeing that that was going to happen.

Everyone looked pretty sympathetic to this legislation because it “protects rape victims"
but is it really a good piece of legislation? Should a company be held responsible for an employee’s action that they had no control over?
