The US Congress, under-appreciated because it does too much ruling and too little governing. Students and citizens express their incredulity that a Congress that passes thousands of laws restricting freedom would wonder it is not loved.

Why would a group that has been responsible for jailing over 3 million of its citizens, half of whom have committed no crimes expect anything else. They can't seem to wait to get to their desks every Monday morning to get to work on more legislation to imprison their fellows whether literally or figuratively.
