Radical Cleric Abu Hamza wins passport fight against Government
Radical Muslim cleric Abu Hamza has won his appeal against the government which tried to strip him of his British passport, a special tribunal has just ruled.
The cleric said it would render him "stateless" as he had already been stripped of his Egyptian citizenship.
The Special Immigration Appeals Commission allowed his appeal in a 12-page ruling.
