They do to know why ! They exist in many more places than iran . It is giant Lingam . There are also Giant Yoni . Female versions , usually near water . There are such ancient phallic monuments all over the world, some from neolithic times, some from Roman times, etc. They abound in Corsica, in Brittany, in South America, on the Indian Sub-Continent, practically everywhere except in Australia.
