Another aspect in America that is bi-partisan and carries over, relatively unknown to the general public from administration to administration: Israeli espionage and sponsorship of corruption within the US government. Don't forget that the American Israel Public Affairs Committe is one of the loudest voices in support of a US invasion of Iran.***
A former foreign policy chief for the largest Israeli lobby in the US is threatening to provide evidence members of the organization regularly trafficked in classified US government information.
The claim comes in the midst of an increasingly ugly lawsuit in which parties have alleged or admitted to mass viewing of pornography among senior staffers at AIPAC as well as homosexual extra-marital affairs.
Steve Rosen, who was in charge of foreign policy issues at AIPAC until 2005, is suing his former employer for $20 million, alleging that AIPAC defamed him when they fired him. Rosen and colleague Keith Weissman were charged in 2004 with espionage for allegedly pressuring a Washington Post reporter into running classified US government information they had obtained about Iran. The charges were dropped last year, evidently due to lack of evidence

Steven Rosen will most likely not "have an accident."
The time for Rosen to "have an accident" has long since passed. They already tried that with the guy who was actually receiving the classified information. Very serious case here, even more serious than the TSA scandal.

DOJ: AIPAC case witness was asked to 'fake...suicide'
Two people asked a Pentagon official cooperating with prosecutors in an investigation into the American Israel Public Affairs Committee to fake his own death to avoid testifying against two pro-Israel lobbyists charged in the case, according to the Justice Department.
Pentagon analyst Lawrence Franklin pled guilty in October 2005 to participating in a conspiracy with AIPAC officials Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman to obtain and distribute classified information. The Justice Department dropped the case against Rosen and Weissman last month as a trial approached.
"Just prior to the entry of his guilty plea, Franklin was approached by two individuals who made a pitch to Franklin about faking his death by suicide and disappearing, thus thwarting any cooperation in the case against Rosen and Weissman," prosecutors wrote in a brief filed in connection with a motion to reduce the 12-year prison term Franklin was originally sentenced to.

We'll have war in Iran before that happens! My guess is that AIPAC will try to offer some kind of settlement and US mainstream media CNN, ABC, CBS NBC FOX ect will continue to try and bury or whitewash this story.
Imagine the hutzpah of Congress trying to lobby for the release of Pollard in light of this scandal, which they all know about, but are pretending doesn't exist.
I want to know what my Congressman and his pro-Israeli press secretary thinks of this scandal.

You mean the Israeli government didn't want the US to go to war with Iran after they had been lobbying non-stop for four years until US intelligence pulled the rug out from under Bush and said that Iran didn't have a nuclear weapons program?

correct.
israel does not want us to gto war with iran, nor do we want israel to go to war with iran.we(america and israel) do however want the other to do the ugly business of attacking iran's nuclear facilities.not wage war, but destroy buidlings.its a big diffrence that you seem to have a severe handicap in comprehending.
when israel took out saddams attempt at having nukes, it was not waging a war.
when israel took out syrias attempt at the same, it was not waging war.
nor would either of us taking out iran's nuclear facilities be waging war.this isnt really complex stuff.

Who made Israel in charge of the Middle East they can just go around and bombing the infrastructure of countries that they don't like?
By the way, Iran stopped its nuclear weapons program in 2003, meaning they do not have an active nuclear weapons program as it was shown in 2007.

i love how in your world, jumping to conclusions is the same as historical evaluation.
no one made israel in charge of the middle east, or any place really.they did what they had to do as a matter of national security, just as any nation does.
if south korea attacks the north, will that be south korea being in charge of asia?niether is israel taking out the illegal nuclear facilities of iraq and syria.doing what the rest of the west left for them to do.im not even stepping into your fantasy land, where iran is building 9 nuclear power facilities all located within a few miles of one another, and hundreds of miles away from any civilization.you think what you like, and ill do the same.
and before you even switch this even farther in order to attack israel, yes israels nukes are illegal as well, and if someone wanted to take them out, i wouldnt have a problem with that either.rules is rules.

especially according to how israel's zionist lobby has us uder thier thumb, dictating what we do and all.
not to mention a waste of resources, they are already very short on.yeah spy on us, as hamas fatah, iran, syrai, and turkey are fucking with israel to no end.real reasonable to spy on the guys who ammo they make.with us thier bets are pretty well covered by that alone.

i believe israel has real imediate threats that dominate thier resources and efforts, making spying on us beyond retarded.i mean we are thier cheer leaders for christ's sake.its like accusing syria of spying on iran.its just absurd.we are the only nation israel can count on in the world.
the ausies stay away.
europe is less than kind to them. between austria, france, spain, the dutch, and the swiss, it is just a question of where the next governmental condemnation will come from.and the soviets forget about it, assholes to israel.
we are the only sure lock when it comes time to look for an allie.spying on us is just silliness.but im playing off the zionist propaganda bullshit.
if aipac is this major lobbying group, that keeps us, america like a puppet on a string they wouldnt be spying on us would they.we would be exercising thier will, so they would know what we are up to before we knew what we were up to.so if you believe aipac controls our government (wich many of you freaks do) then the notion of spies here, isnt possible.
like iran spying on hamas.just absurd. - 2 years ago
